Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Executive Response Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     THE JOB
    The Crisis Response Peer Support Specialist utilizes their own personal experiences as a consumer of behavioral health services to assist others in navigating their recovery journey and in coping through crisis situations. What are some things you can expect to do each day?


    - Utilize your personal insight as an expert in the recovery process, symptom management, and client choice to engage persons served in their own treatment
    - Provide peer counseling and support, promote hope and empowerment, advocacy, and problem-solving with consumers
    - Utilize Crisis Intervention skills to assist individuals who seek walk-in assistance at the Outpatient location, assist in connecting them to internal and/or external services, providers, and community resources to meet their needs
    - Provide field response (community-based visits) to individuals experiencing mental health crises
    - Work cooperatively as a team member to suggest appropriate changes in treatment plans to ensure that immediate and appropriate interventions are provided

    This position is being added to CenterPointe and is part of our expansion of services to a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, allowing us to provide truly holistic, whole-person integrated care. The multidisciplinary team provides therapy, medication management, peer support, case management, and healthcare/nursing needs to these individuals in a person-centered way that focuses on the well-being of each person. The Crisis Response Peer Support Specialist plays a critical role in our ability to provide these person-centered services in the absolute top standard of care.

    WHAT YOU HAVE
    Required:
    - High School Diploma or equivalent

    - Two or more years of experience in working with individuals who have severe and persistent mental health challenges and/or substance use concerns

    - Education in and knowledge of recovery principles

    - Must have persistent mental health challenges and have received mental health services in order to identify as a Peer

    - Demonstrated self-knowledge and management of their own mental health; must be well along in their recovery journey

    - At least 21 years of age

    - Valid driver's license with acceptable DMV record (last 7 years)

    - CPSS certification or ability to obtain within first 6 months of employment (associated costs will be paid by CenterPointe)

    Bonus Points:
