    - Monitor food costs and work towards cost control measures

    Experience:

    - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role

    - Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and presentation techniques

    - Proven experience in kitchen management and shift management

    - Excellent cooking skills with the ability to prepare a variety of cuisines

    - Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices

    - Experience in menu planning and creating new dishes

    - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
