- Grill station and knowledge of cooking steak is mandatory
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and recipe development
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality standards are met
- Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively
- Coordinate with the Banquet department for special events and catering
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role

- Excellent cooking skills with the ability to prepare a variety of cuisines
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience in menu planning and creating new dishes
