Requirements:

• Prioritze their own health. Exercises 3 x a week for a minimum of 30min.
• No previous experience coaching necessary
• Coachability: willingness to grow, learn, and work together for the patients best interest

• Excellent communicational skills
• Corrective Exercise/Fitness Certifications and Experience
• Personable and professional with a variety of clientele.
• Strong leadership skills
• Desire to learn
• Basic computer skills
• Outgoing Personality: patients can be hesitant to begin exercise, or they may be eager, engaging and providing a positive patient experience is the goal.

• Monday 8AM -12pm and 2pm-5pm
• Tuesday 9AM- 12pm and 2pm-7pm
• Wednesday 10AM-11AM Training/Learning Patients 12-5pm
• Thursday 9AM- 12pm and 2pm-7pm
• Friday 8am - 12pm
• We expect everyone to be in 15min before the start each shift

Company Profile:

We are a movement chiropractic clinic with a large patient base. We treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions including sports injuries, acute and chronic pain, and work to keep people moving for LIFE! For 4 years now we have been growing the practice from a longstanding preexisting basic chiropractic office (adjustment only) into a movement forward office incorporating adjustments with soft tissue care and rehab exercises. We moved to a new building late Spring 2022 and there is 500sqft. of rehab space we want YOU to participate in! Teaching patients HOW to move well, then how to keep moving OFTEN!

This position will include prescribing corrective exercises to patients, coaching up patients through movement, operating our therapies (Electric muscle stim, class IV Laser, normatec boots... training will be given), assisting the doctors, occasional scheduling, computer work, and support for a growing practice. Experience is not needed, but interest in health and movement is a must.

Job Tasks:

• Work with patients on prescribed exercises and help them to increase their strength. Be able to take them safely to the next progression of the exercises/ increase the difficulties of the exercise as patients are able.
• Document Rehab completed with patient (exercises, sets, reps)
• Maintain clean work environment in the office. Help organize/ clean as needed.
• Participate in all aspects (planning/ designing/ recording) online marketing content to increase patient education/ engagement online and alleviate this work load from the doctors.
• Assist Front Desk: we have 3 doctors full time, during any down time, it would be expected to support the front desk: filing, organizing charts, scheduling/ answer phones, follow up with primary care doctors, call for office referrals...etc... if front desk is absent be able to fill in on daily tasks (phone, schedule, collect copays)
• Fax Letters to primary care doctors for new patients.
• Be a working member of this team, we all wear a variety of "JOB HATS" to make sure the patient experience with our office is the best in our field of work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
