Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented, experienced, and creative Cabinet Designer to join our GROWING team.
As a Cabinet Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing designs for various projects. You will design and order kitchen, bath, closet, and other cabinets. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the success of our company.
This is not a remote job and the applicant must be local to St.Petersburg/Tampa.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and builders to understand their design needs and requirements
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings, sketches, and renderings using 20/20 software
- Assist with budgeting and project management for design projects
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the design process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in design techniques
- Participate in meetings and presentations to discuss project progress
- Be able to run leads, design, close sales, oversee projects through to completion
- Ability to NETWORK to generate business
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, and interior design principles
- Proficiency in, EXCEL, WORD and minimum 2 years experience with 2020 Design Software
- Ability to create detailed drawings and renderings
- Professional apperance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to be self-motivated and work well as a team
- Must be organized, and ability to multi-task
- Experience in renovating spaces is a plus
- Project management skills are desirable
- Closet design EXPERIENCE is a PLUS
- Must have a reliable vehicle
COMMISSION DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE
