    POSITION OVERVIEW


    The Club Administrations Manager will be responsible for supporting all nightlife departments, as determined and assigned by the Vice President of Nightlife. The Club Administrations Manager must be able to choose best practices to complete assigned tasks in the most efficient manner. The majority of tasks will require independent planning and prioritization.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

    • Provide support for operations, marketing, promotions, sponsorship, and entertainment functions throughout out all day-to-day operations
    • Coordinate all tasks with leadership team to ensure all departments are supported and all work is completed correctly in a timely manner
    • Perform general office administrative tasks such as ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies and equipment
    • Work closely with managers and vendors on orders and deliveries of products and services that support the department
    • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and auditioning for potential new Members as needed
    • Reconcile Member hours daily, utilizing the timekeeping system
    • Keep accurate records of sick calls and late calls in accordance with department policy and procedure
    • Process and keep accurate records of department time off including paid time off, FMLA, accommodations, and leave of absences
    • Maintain all department files ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality
    • Assist the People Department with gaming registration renewal and alcohol awareness record certifications as required for each job classification
    • Field Member inquiries utilizing subjective opinion and ensure policies are consistently adhered to
    • Provide general administrative support and projects as directed
    • Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Three (3) years of experience in administration within the nightlife, entertainment, or hospitality industry
    • In-depth knowledge of the nightlife industry
    • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive plans
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Highly motivated and energetic personality with a strong commitment to excellence in hospitality
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Excel
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive guest and company information
    • Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays, nights, and weekends
    • Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
