```Duties:```
- Operate and maintain machinery used in the production process
- Set up machines according to specifications and ensure proper functioning
- Monitor machines during operation to detect any issues or malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience as a machine operator or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of operating various types of machinery and equipment
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and materials handling
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects and operate machinery
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

If you have experience in auto body repair, construction painting, auto painting, welding, assembling, fabricating, or operating cranes, it would be considered a plus.
