Accountability:  Maintenance Supervisor

Status: Full Time; Non-exempt

Purpose:  Perform routine maintenance on all Jubilee Ministries’ buildings, property, and equipment. To respond and repair items as directed by Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Five years’ experience in varied construction trades

• Organization and communication skills
• Skilled in detailed follow through
• Self-motivated

• Helpful to have knowledge of mechanics and a mechanical aptitude
• Valid Driver's License and current DOT medical card
• Willing to adhere to Jubilee’s Mission Statement, Core Values, Statement of Faith, Position Statements, and Employee Code of Conduct

Working Conditions/Physical Factors: Occasionally= 1-33% Frequently= 34-66% Continuously= 67%-100%

• Heavy Lifting- Frequently
• Working in various weather conditions- Frequently
• Working with various equipment and tools- Continuously
• Standing/Walking- Continuously
• Drive a Jubilee Box Truck
• Travel to other Jubilee Locations
• Some Evenings and weekends

Duties:

1. Assist in the general upkeep and maintenance of existing buildings and systems as directed.
2. Assist in new building projects and tasks as directed.
3. Assist in snow removal as directed.
4. Keep maintenance area clean and organized.
5. Be part of staff meetings and team building.
6. Other duties as assigned.
