Job Overview
GOAL:

To provide a pleasant working environment through maintenance of all buildings and grounds.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in facilities maintenance, custodial services, and fleet operation
• Efficient using technology
• 3-5 years related experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, vehicle maintenance & repairs, & landscaping

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Must be a provider of excellent customer service
• Work independently without regular direct supervision
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Communicate professionally to internal & external customers
• Performs regular building inspections and determines which issues need to be addressed and the plan for addressing them
• Determine whether building systems are operating appropriately
• Maintain aesthetic appearance of grounds and buildings
• Move furniture as needed
• Install furniture as needed
• Follow all required bid laws and purchasing policies
• Supervise procurement and maintenance and upgrades of furniture and utilities
• Secure all outside contractors
• Ensure all vehicles are fueled and are safe for operation
• Ability to create and manage a budget
• Adhere to work schedules and attendance policies
• Perform other duties as assigned by Executive Director

POSITION DETAILS

• 12 month contract
• Salary Based on Experience
