Facilities Planner jobs in Mobile, AL
Facilities Planner plans building or refurbishment projects focused on effectively utilizing spaces and resources to support the organization's physical facility and space needs. Conducts evaluations of current facilities to assess short-term and long-term space needs and produce feasibility studies. Being a Facilities Planner prepares and reviews designs, layout plans, specifications, and standards that comply with building regulations, industry best practices, and organizational requirements. Estimates costs for labor, materials, and services. Additionally, Facilities Planner generates, monitors, and updates project plans and timelines with task details, deliverables, and status updates. Coordinates construction and installation processes and expedites delivery of materials required by projects. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Facilities Planner occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. General Cleaners are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all assigned areas. General Cleaners perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the facility.
Monday-Friday
Part Time 2nd Shift
Located in Thomasville, AL
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum.
- Dust and Clean walls, vents, screens, furniture, drinking fountains, light fixtures, window blinds, brass, and other interior fixtures
- Wash interior and exterior windows and glass doors.
- Sweep entryways, empty exterior cigarette urns, and empty trashcans immediately outside building entrances.
- Clean restrooms, plunger sinks and toilets, and replenish supplies.
- Complete work requests to notify management of needed repair work.
- Organize and supply custodial closets as needed.
- Move, remove, and / or set up furniture, furnishings, supplies, equipment, and any other items, inside specified rooms for special functions as directed.
- Additional job-related duties as required by the supervisor.
