Conducts evaluations of current facilities to assess short-term and long-term space needs and produce feasibility studies. Being a Facilities Planner prepares and reviews designs, layout plans, specifications, and standards that comply with building regulations, industry best practices, and organizational requirements. Estimates costs for labor, materials, and services. Additionally, Facilities Planner generates, monitors, and updates project plans and timelines with task details, deliverables, and status updates. Coordinates construction and installation processes and expedites delivery of materials required by projects. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Facilities Planner occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Overview:
We are seeking a hard working and dependable grounds person to join our team to take care of grounds seasonally. You will be responsible for various tasks related to lawn maintenance. If you enjoy outdoor work and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply. All equipment is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Perform mowing, weed eating, edging of grass areas and blowing debris off sidewalks
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate lawn mowing equipment such as a commercial riding mower and weed eater
- Remove weeds and grass in landscape areas by hand
- Use sprayer and chemical to apply weed control to sidewalks, rock areas, and parking lots
- Assist with snow removal during winter months if winter hours are desired (not required)
Requirements:
- Previous experience using mowing equipment is required
- Ability to operate and maintain mechanical equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license
