Required Skills:

• Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
• A High school diploma or equivalent plus 10 years of experience.
• Secret Security clearance.
• Proven experience in facilities management, particularly within a military or government setting.

Desired Skills:

• Additional technical training or certifications in facilities management is a plus.
• Experience with equipment custodian duties is a plus.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintenance Coordination: Oversee and coordinate routine maintenance and repair activities for military administrative facilities. Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and within the established timelines, keeping the facilities in peak condition.
• Space Management: Manage and coordinate physical space moves within the facilities, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Your expertise will ensure that spaces are always optimized for mission-critical activities.
• Vendor Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact with contractors and vendors. Manage service agreements, schedule maintenance activities, and ensure that all work complies with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of operational integrity.
• Facility Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement. Proactively address any issues to maintain a safe and productive environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
