Schedules and supervises preventative maintenance, painting, or carpentry projects. Additionally, FACILITIES SUPERVISOR maintains a safe and effective working environment that complies with regulations and laws. May coordinate work to be completed by contractors and skilled trades. Our Facilities Supervisor is responsible for assisting the facilities staff and ensures the proper execution of duties. Assist management with scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews of department personnel. Role models supportive behavior in company policies and procedures. This job requires maintaining buildings, grounds, machinery, and equipment. General duties include but are not limited to cleaning duties which include sweeping, dusting, washing windows, washing floors, carpet maintenance, vacuuming, lavatory cleaning, snow removal, trash removal, replace light bulbs and HVAC air filters, operating power tools to do minor repairs, and other related duties. Candidates must have an unrestricted driver’s license, be able to climb a ladder as necessary, and be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Qualified candidates must be available to work both opening and closing shifts between the hours of 7am-7pm, at least one weekend shift will be required, an exact schedule TBD.
