The Facility Maintenance Technician maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies. Performs skilled maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other physical structures. Being a Facility Maintenance Technician recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required. Develops, maintains and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools. In addition, Facility Maintenance Technician assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to improve facility efficiency and work flow. Oversee and review the work of lower-level technicians. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to supervior or manager. Being a Facility Maintenance Technician works under moderate supervision. Gains or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Working as a Facility Maintenance Technician typically requires 1-3 years of related experience, or may need 0 years of experience with additional specialized training and/or certification. We Build with Passion- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE NEW Incineration unit is adding a Facility Maintenance Trainer who will train and lead a team to perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of Industrial equipment, including but not limited to pumps, valves, hydraulic systems, and tank lines within an Industrial work environment .
This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity to earn overtime. We are searching for a safety-oriented individual with prior industrial process plant experience to join our team perform hands-on maintenance activities on equipment such as pumps, shredders, conveyors, and compressors.
$35 per hour DOE Day shift 7 am- 4 : 30 pm Monday - Friday.
