Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing various technical tasks and providing support in our manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge, precision measurement skills, and proficiency in programming and design software.

Responsibilities:
- Perform precise measurements using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Interpret engineering drawings and use geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles
- Fabricate components using manual tools, such as lathes and mills
- Operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Collaborate with engineers to develop and modify designs using software like SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Conduct tests and inspections to ensure product quality and adherence to standards
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools, such as micrometers and calipers
- Experience with programming and operating CNC machines
- Familiarity with design software, such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively
