Facility Maintenance Technician jobs in Kenosha, WI

We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our store team!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
• Perform work to include the installation, inspection, repairs and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fuel dispensers, mechanical equipment, boiler systems and environmental control systems in all departments
• Perform general repairs such as painting/caulking, patching walls, security hardware, roof repairs, pavement repairs, tile and floor repairs, hanging shelves, facility lighting and landscaping
• Perform light porter duties; moping, cleaning of restrooms and showers
• Coordinate the work of outside contractors to ensure scope of work is being performed correctly; Inspect work for completeness
• As directed by management, coordinate, assign and inspect work for completeness of porters
• Maintain appropriate inventory of material, equipment and supplies
• Possess a current and valid motor vehicle operator's license

Qualifications

• A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team!
• High school with vocational training in general maintenance and equipment repair
• Three to five years of experience in general maintenance or other maintenance responsibilities
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays
• Meet the requirements for the needed physical tasks with or without accommodation

Pay Range
$18.00 - 26.00 per hour
