We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairing sheetrock, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpenty, lawn care; troubleshooting issues; and conducting preventative maintenance.

- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and document maintenance activities.

- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, in order to preform repairs

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts inventory, and equipment history.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.

- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement maintenance strategies that optimize productivity and minimize downtime.

Experience:

- Proven experience in properties maintenance roles

- Strong carpentry skills, knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing

-HVAC troubleshooting and equipment repair

- Proficient in electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and control panels.

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
