The Facility Maintenance Technician maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies. Performs skilled maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other physical structures. Being a Facility Maintenance Technician recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required. Develops, maintains and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools. In addition, Facility Maintenance Technician assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to improve facility efficiency and work flow. Oversee and review the work of lower-level technicians. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to supervior or manager. Being a Facility Maintenance Technician works under moderate supervision. Gains or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Working as a Facility Maintenance Technician typically requires 1-3 years of related experience, or may need 0 years of experience with additional specialized training and/or certification. Annual pay ranges between $37,440–$45,760 on an hourly pay basis depending on your experience, knowledge, and overtime. With starting pay ranging between $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

General Scope of Work:
As the Facility Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will assist with maintaining the manufacturing equipment for the Kasson & Keller window manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
• Open the factory in the morning and power up all the equipment before production starts
• Solve issues when manufacturing equipment breaks down
• Understanding of hydraulics and electronic circuit boards
• Learn and understand how the equipment works to manufacture windows
• Quick learner and have the ability to make quick decisions
• Help maintain the general maintenance of the facility
Full-time Schedule:
• 5:00 am - 3:30 pm. Overtime available.
