Description

DentalQore, a practice growth and technology company, is seeking a full-time IT Tech Admin Assistant. This position is comprised of primary and secondary roles:

The primary role and majority of day-to-day responsibilities will be those of an IT Technician. The ideal worker we seek will be a customer service-oriented IT Technician who can provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. The right candidate will work with other IT Techs to install hardware and troubleshoot issues with computers and equipment. And of course, this IT Tech will be responding to questions from our company's team members.

The secondary role for this position will consist of Administrative Assistant duties, such as running errands and odd jobs around the office, building furniture (chairs, desks, etc.), occasionally carrying heavy items, and so forth.

Note: DentalQore's IT Tech Admin Assistant is not a telecommuting opportunity. To fulfill the duties pertaining to this position, this IT Tech Admin Assistant must work at the DentalQore office in American Fork, Utah.

Responsibilities

- Track and maintain equipment inventories

- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support

- Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources

- Deliver devices, provide instruction and occasionally visit clients

- Diagnose and resolve issues with Microsoft Windows and Apple hardware

- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues

- Stock office supplies

- Run miscellaneous errands and tasks around the office

- Keep our workplace presentable, orderly and presentable for clients, guests and team members

Qualifications and Requirements

- Must own a car and have a valid driver’s license (all mileage will be reimbursed)

-  Positive, friendly attitude

-  Motivated and comfortable with working independently

-  An ability to multi-task

- Must have the ability to do heavy lifting (e.g., heavy machines / kiosks / devices)
