Arrlington Gardens Assisted Living is looking for an individual who wants to progress their managerial experience. The applicant does not have to have a well established background in management but will need the ability to be a team player and coach-able. The goal for this position is to help grow an individual, whom would like to grow with an expanding Assisted Living Facility, while teaching them the managerial side of assisted living facilities. The applicant will learn how to manage staff, resident care standards, the Medicaid long term care program interactions with case managers and possible light billing, documentation needed in ALF's, and general office management skill sets.

Requirements:

Although any individual does not need to have a lot of management experience, there are some qualities that you will need to have. Any applicant needs to know that this is not strictly an office job. There will be hands on contact with residents! You must have some computer experience when it come to Microsoft Office. Not only will you be emailing but you will need to know basic operation of Word and Excel. The biggest requirement for the job is to have flexibility. This position will require you to be on call over the weekend at least once every three weeks. The hours for this position will be Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm. On a normal day you should be finished by 4pm but some days it will be later. Must have flexibility over the weekends. In the instance where you are on call you can and will need to come in during the event of an emergency or call off which there is no replacement for. The pay rate is $17/per hour.
