Facility and Grounds Technician (Full or Part-Time)

Location: South Burlington, VT, 05403

The Facility and Grounds Technician will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our automotive shop area, as well as the exterior area of our dealership grounds. This includes sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces, and organizing materials to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. The Technician will also be responsible for managing shop trash and recycling, ensuring that all shop waste is properly disposed of. Exterior ground maintenance includes keeping the lot clean of trash and debris, light landscaping, as well ensuring sidewalks and entrances are clear of snow and ice. This position also assists in projects throughout our dealerships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in facility maintenance and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They should be able to prioritize tasks effectively. The Technician should also have strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other members of the team. Forklift experience is preferred, however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
