We are looking for a resourceful team member to work within our Operations and Member Experience Teams as Facility Technician. These teams ensure our employees have the best facilities so they can better support the member experience expectations we hold for ourselves.Position Summary:The Facilities Technician will perform general repairs for equipment, machines, and facilities alongside regular maintenance. This position will also handle ingoing and outgoing mail as well as deliveries as needed.What are we looking for:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience with routine maintenance of ground, buildings, and/or machinery.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to move from job to job quickly and efficiently.
- Passion for learning and growing while helping others.
- Not required, but a CDL would be great.
Responsibilities:- Perform the mail pickup and delivery for each department as scheduled.
- Prepare outgoing mail and deliver to the United States Postal Service.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and determine how to correct them, referring to blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalog as necessary.
- Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work using internal computer systems.
- Provide occasional ground keeping services, such as snow removal as needed.
- Perform general cleaning when needed.
- Observe and monitor the property and surroundings for any potential issues, taking appropriate action as needed.
- Assist with loading and unloading of trailers for events and delivering items to their respective department or storage location.
- Other duties as assigned.
Details- Full-time position available
- Monday – Friday, 8am – 5 pm
- This position is on-site only at our headquarters in Amarillo, Texas.
