The Maintenance Service Tech is responsible for maintaining various sites in a state of operating excellence so that they meet the performance needs of the organization, supervises crews and jobs; schedule staff; communicates with Maintenance Foreman.
Core Functions

Repairs, renovations and upgrades to parking lots and buildings as directed

Communicate with vendors to coordinate orders, deliveries, parts, and work.

Performs routine maintenance around facilities such as repairing structural damage, painting, wall repair and lighting

Hanging and maintaining signage.

Repairing lighting, replacing bulbs, installing new lighting

Maintaining equipment in good working order
-
Painting and striping of parking lots
-
Repairing and identifying potential safety hazards

Working with subcontractors on a variety of issues.

Provides responsible repair and installation of services to our customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Maintains in good order any and all tools provided by Premium Facility Services to perform installation and repair services.

Maintains and utilizes personal protective equipment when needed.

Communicates in a timely manner, keeping all informed of progress of assignments as necessary.

Completes all work orders in a timely manner. All work orders should be closed daily and submitted for billing..
Qualifications

General knowledge of basic maintenance procedures

Basic electrical knowledge

Basic knowledge of painting procedures

General knowledge of concrete repairs

Flexible availability any day of the week, including nights and weekends

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Self-motivated, responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented

Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours at a time, and work outdoor
