Ag Worker Health & Services, founded in Montana in 1972, is seeking a LCPC, LCSW or Psychologist for our Fairview, MT clinic. We are seeking candidates with the passion and skills to deliver high quality care to patients and families of migrant and agricultural workers.

We provide integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health care in a team-based atmosphere. 

We want to talk with you if you can provide high quality behavioral health care, mentor team members and help our agency constantly improve. You'll enjoy the clinical autonomy to practice at the top of your license and make a positive difference everyday.

We offer a salary that is competitive for Montana plus continuing education and other compensation. Liability insurance is covered under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA). With full time employment, National Health Services Corps and Montana state loan repayment programs are possible. Being bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred, but not required. We provide interpreters and weekly Spanish classes.
