About Us: We are a growing cabinet manufacturing company specializing in custom cabinetry, built-ins, and closet organizers. Based in Logan, UT, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our clients in both remodel and new construction projects.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our sales process by helping clients from concept to installation. You will engage with customers through inbound calls, assist with online and offline marketing efforts, and collaborate closely with our engineering, manufacturing, and installation teams to bring designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries, providing excellent service and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, guiding them through the design process.
• Create custom designs for cabinetry, built-ins, and closet organizers using design software.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure designs are executed to specifications.
• Manage customer expectations from initial concept through to final installation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist with online and offline marketing efforts to promote our products and services.
• Maintain professional grooming and appearance standards in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work and client locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., CAD, SketchUp) is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in sales and design (especially in cabinetry or interior design) is a plus.
