**Duties:**

- Prepping Food & Beverages areas for Day of Show events.

- Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, floors, and restrooms.

- Assist with food handling and storage, ensuring that all food is handled safely and in accordance with food safety regulations.

- Support the kitchen team with food preparation and plating.

- Monitor and replenish condiments and supplies as needed.

- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding menu items, ingredients, and allergens.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service.

- Participate in ongoing training and education to improve knowledge and skills.

- Assist with banquet and fine dining events as needed.

**Requirements:**

- Experience working in a food service environment, preferably in a restaurant or fine dining setting.

- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

- Experience with food handling and storage.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
