Position Summary: Responsible for processing payroll, including reviewing time and unit tracking, verifying, calculating, and reconciling a variety of payroll transactions.

This position requires a self-starter and action-oriented individual who works well in a team environment. To perform this job successfully, the individual must perform each essential duty effectively. Bilingual is a plus.

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain and document all payroll records;
• Maintain and submit payroll data to 3rd pay service provider;
• Distribution of pay checks;
• Detect and resolve issues related to payroll;
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns;
• Responsible for overseeing all payroll staff;
• Liaison with 3rd party providers on all payroll and payroll tax related issues.

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Must have an understanding of Payroll and Accounting Principles and Practices
• Proven relationship management skills
