Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. This is a key leadership role that requires strong strategic planning and management skills.

Duties:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers

- Coordinate with the safety team for orientation and onboarding purposes.

- Ensure the business licensing is up to date, completing renewal processes as necessary.

- Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management

- Manage benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and employee insurance plans

- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data collection is in compliance with privacy laws

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human capital management

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred

- 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferred

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

- Proficiency in HRIS systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience in strategic planning and implementation
