As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Claims Representative to join our team.
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Property Claims Representative to play a key role in our claims department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property claims, a keen attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. As a Property Claims Representative, you will be responsible for assessing and processing property damage claims, conducting investigations, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution for our clients.
- Evaluate property damage claims, determining coverage, and assessing the extent of loss.
- Conduct thorough investigations to gather relevant information and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, third-party claimants, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to expedite claims processing and resolution.
- Negotiate settlements and explain coverage and claim decisions to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim records.
- Communicate with policyholders, providers, and other stakeholders regarding claim status and resolution
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines in claims processing
- Previous experience as a Property Claims Representative or similar role in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of property insurance policies and coverage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and claims processing software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in file management and record keeping
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry and document processing
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Good communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience in property claims.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
