THE JOB:

As a Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives. Your role is pivotal in bringing our campaigns to life, ensuring they resonate with our audience and align with our brand vision. Come be part of our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Project manage planned and ad-hoc marketing campaigns on-property
• Partner closely with marketing Centers of Excellence (COEs) and property partners
• Develop creative materials required for on-property activation in collaboration with central marketing teams
• Ensure delivery of creative assets per brief and conduct quality checks on content
• Collaborate with Entertainment and Events teams to manage on-property activation aligned with strategy
• Prepare key materials for the Director for meetings with property vertical leaders and Corporate
• Audit website/3rd party content weekly and aggregate required changes for the Director's review

SCHEDULE:

• Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm | Off: Saturday & Sunday
• Hybrid | Flex between working from home and on property as needed
• Must be open and flexible to work outside of the primary schedule based on the business needs
