As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for approaching homeowners in designated areas and informing them about Elevated Remodeling's services and offerings. You will utilize your excellent communication and persuasive skills to build relationships and drive interest in our remodeling projects. This role requires a results-oriented mindset, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by canvassing designated areas and engaging with potential customers
• Build rapport with homeowners and educate them about Elevated Remodeling's services
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our remodeling projects
• Collect customer information and forward qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the CRM system

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation to designated areas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
