Title: Field Marketing Specialist

Location: North Sioux City, SD

Reports to: Sr. Director of Marketing

Job Description: The field marketing specialist will execute multifaceted marketing campaigns to drive demand generation. This position will work with our sales directors to identify vertical specific messaging, partner management to run strategic OEM marketing campaigns, and operations to measure the success of the campaigns. This position will work with tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, and ZoomInfo to maximize communications, drive lead generation, and to make sure leads are tracked and delivered to the sales reps in a timely manner. In addition, this position will assist the marketing team with other corporate marketing campaigns and the planning and execution of the National Sales Meeting.

Required Education/Experience: BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or business with 1-2 years of experience in marketing automation and lead generation or 2-3 years of experience in sales.

Qualifications:

• Driven individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be agile and flexible as demands change
• Data driven with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience creating multifaceted campaigns and campaign reporting
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, or other email marketing automation tools is a plus
• Strong team player and strong collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and report on demand generation campaigns
• Generate marketing qualified leads through multifaceted campaigns, deliver to sales team, and monitor leads through the qualification process
• A/B testing of email campaigns, ads, and landing pages
• Reporting on lead generation activity
• Manage day-to-day processes between Salesforce, Pardot, and other marketing tools, to ensure they work together to produce accurate data
• Implement daily improvement strategies across all marketing automation platforms
• Implement and optimize lead scoring methodologies to ensure highest quality leads are passed and prioritized appropriately to sales for qualification
• Drive improvements and innovation in relation to lead generation, and metrics with demand generation
• Provide the team with actionable insights on where to invest in programs and campaigns
