Job Title: Field Services Operations Specialist
Location: Pacific Northwest - Southern Washington, Oregon, Northern California
Department: Government Contract Services
Reports to: Managing Member or their designate, Field Services Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Operations Management:
- Oversee daily field operations to ensure they meet company standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor and manage the performance of field service teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Scheduling and Resource Allocation:
- Develop and manage schedules for field service teams, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Allocate tasks based on team members’ skills and availability to meet project deadlines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during field service operations.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Foster a strong customer first mentality by prioritizing client satisfaction and adapting services to meet client needs.
- Inventory Tracking and Accountability:
- Maintain accurate records of all equipment and materials used in field operations.
- Implement processes to ensure accountability for inventory, reducing loss or mismanagement.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies, reporting findings to management.
- Ensure that all team members understand and adhere to inventory management procedures.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Implement corrective actions when service discrepancies are identified.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of field operations, including service reports, inventory logs, and equipment usage.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Training and Development:
- Train and mentor field service teams on best practices, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Assist in developing training programs to enhance the skills of field personnel.
- Conduct pre-tour assessments of job sites prior to the pre-award requirements.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to evaluate site conditions, logistics, and potential challenges.
- Provide input and recommendations to support bid preparation and proposal submissions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in field operations, logistics, or a related role.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus. Pest, SG Card, BMT skills

Salary Range:
- $55,000 - $66,000 annually, depending on experience (DOE).
