Position Summary: The Project Manager must strive to complete projects safely and have a satisfied client, complete every
project within time and budget; optimize project cash flow; satisfactory subcontractor relations; accurate and timely cost
accounting and forecasting; identify, pursue, and recover fair compensation for all changes in scope; accurate and timely
procurement. Develop our employees such that subordinates can advance their careers with us.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Direct project Profit and Loss Responsibility Safely and Productively, Subcontract
& Purchase order scope development; Project Cost Accounting Setup; Procurement of materials and subcontractor;
Development of the project schedule of values that will yield positive cash flow; Development of the project critical path
method schedule; Obtaining all project requirement permits; Prime Contract Administrations; Subcontract and purchase order
administrations; Prime contract progress payments; Prime contract change orders; Shops drawings; Invoice review and
approval; Forecasting and updating of the project within financial software; Forecasting and updating of all logs; Monthly Gross
Margin Report; Project Close-out in its entirety; Owner and engineer relations; Perform post-construction cost review and

Prerequisites:

• 10 years experience as a Project Manager involved in the bidding and construction of municipal and/or industrial

wastewater and water facilities in the US

• Minimum of 5 years experience with alternative project delivery (Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CMAR, EPC,

etc.) preferred

• Experience in using AutoCAD and/or 3-D software is a plus
• Work from our Orleans, IN corporate office preferred but negotiable
• Good computer skills
• Must complete and pass a pre‐employment drug & alcohol screen
• Display a professional and courteous attitude at all times
• Ability to work overtime when required
• Ability to travel when required
• Be able to read project plans and specifications

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in municipal, industrial, wastewater, water, and facilities construction projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to closeout and turnover
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
• Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
• Review and approve project plans, specifications, and construction documents
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure that project goals are met
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure that construction work is being done according to specifications and safety regulations
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and preparing progress reports
• Provide regular project updates to clients and other stakeholders
• Ensure that all project documentation is completed and maintained accurately and up-to-date

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in municipal, industrial, wastewater, water, and facilities construction projects
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations, including safety regulations and building codes
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to lead and motivate team members
