    Job Description

    Outdoor Personia designs and builds custom outdoor structures such as garages, pool houses, pavilions, and more. We are looking for qualified sales professionals to help sell and design these projects. Daily tasks include cold calling, meeting with clients at design center and in their homes, networking with trade professionals, understanding clients needs and dreams and preparing and presenting recommendations.

    You must have experience…

    • selling high ticket products and services in a competitive market
    • calling on homeowners and small business owners

    • Be Highly Organized, Dedicated, Take Responsibility, Morally Sensitive, Positive attitude
    • manage time well
    • be willing to consistently prospect
    • be good at building relationships
    • be excellent at finding new opportunities
    • have strong closing and questioning skills
    • be able to listen more than you talk
    • be accountable for aggressive sales targets
    • be goal oriented
    • have a minimum of one year selling and closing business with decision makers
    • have earned a minimum of $80K/Year

    • proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
    • understand basic Math
    • experience with Sandler Sales a plus
