We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to schedule all of our employees! We are a fast paced company that needs someone who is upbeat with scheduling experience. We have a great culture that welcomes someone who wants to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule shifts and hours by matching employee qualifications and availability to client needs and preferences, while minimizing overtime and canceled shifts.
• Communicate assignments, details, and schedule changes to employees and field supervisors in a timely manner.
• Manage daily exceptions (callouts, cancellations, and changes) efficiently.
• Coordinate and dispatch work orders for all service lines.
• Develop and manage weekly schedules for field employees.
• Handle client inquiries and requests via phone and email professionally.
• Manage the retrieval and distribution of completion photos from the work order system to clients.
• Update Microsoft Planner regularly to reflect current project statuses
• Perform other office duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Skills:

• Two years of scheduling experience is preferred.
• Two years of experience in a professional environment is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive, patient, and friendly attitude
• Strong ability to actively listen, problem-solve, and communicate assertively and flexibly
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for in-person, telephonic, and electronic interactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
