POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

The Coordinator role supports the development, coordination, and execution of integrated office procedures. This is a key position that functions as the hub of operations, involved with and supporting multiple departments.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Coordinate schedules for maintenance technicians and field supervisors.
• Ensure the technicians are scheduled and dispatched as efficiently as possible.
• Schedule estimates and maintenance visits with customers. 
• Process all assigned service contracts and additional service work.
• Update customer profile with relevant notes and/or pictures. 
• Maintain communication with customers; keep customers updated on the status of service. 
• Monitor testing system for incoming customer/technician communication. 
• Inform management of work load and potential issues.
• Provide coverage for coordinators in other departments as needed. 
• Other duties as assigned. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required.
• 2 years serving in a customer support role.
• 2 years scheduling experience. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods in a stationary position while working at a desk and on a computer.
