Performs trial runs of machinery to test quality and performance rates and trains users on operation and maintenance. Additionally, Field Service Rep. - Electro/Mechanical Equip. develops detailed service reports to document service visits, issues, and troubleshooting actions and logs and tracks maintenance activities. Job Description
The Medical Equipment Delivery Driver with excellent Customer Service skills must have the ability work as a team and to provide excellent customer service to our professional customers when making deliveries to and picking up from healthcare institutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for completion of company paperwork and electronic data entry
Responsible for delivery, pickup and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies to healthcare institutions
Responsible for using company computer system to complete customer orders and manage inventory
24 hour on call availability based on the needs of the location
Maintain a professional attitude toward all customer contacts and company employees
Maintain a neat appearance including the wearing of company uniform
Shipping and receiving of equipment and supplies
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
Education and Experience:
High School Graduate or equivalent
Valid drivers license and good driving record for past 3 years
Abilities and Skills:
Ability to provide excellent customer service to professionals in the healthcare industry
Ability to work multiple shifts
Able to read and write in English and perform math calculations
Able to work unsupervised
Must possesses excellent communication skills
Able to travel up to 25%
Able to move 150 pounds
