Field Service Rep. - Electro/Mechanical Equip. jobs in Mobile, AL
Field Service Rep. - Electro/Mechanical Equip. provides on-site support and technical assistance with various electro-mechanical products, equipment, and systems. Troubleshoots malfunctions by reworking, repairing, or modifying non-conforming parts and assemblies within equipment. Being an Field Service Rep. - Electro/Mechanical Equip. installs new equipment or upgrades and provides routine maintenance to ensure function and uptime. Performs trial runs of machinery to test quality and performance rates and trains users on operation and maintenance. Additionally, Field Service Rep. - Electro/Mechanical Equip. develops detailed service reports to document service visits, issues, and troubleshooting actions and logs and tracks maintenance activities. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Field Service Rep. - Electro/Mechanical Equip. works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Perdido Beach Service is hiring seasonal Beach Service Field Auditors. A Beach Auditor regularly visits our beach properties to ensure the beach equipment is set up properly and the attendant is doing their job. An auditor also checks money revenues and rental charts, as well as assisting managers during evening check in.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Review and confirm the accuracy of rental charts
- Speak with customers and onsite property management about their service and promptly handle and issues with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.
- Review current day rental charts and balance revenues received
- Check beach for cleanliness and perfect equipment setup
- Ensure staff is compliant with uniform and duty requirements
- Speak with onsite management and address any issues
- Assist beach managers with evening check-in at office

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
