Rep Labs Fulfillment, located in Springville, Utah, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Inventory Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Inventory Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our fulfillment operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory to maximize space utilization.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high level of accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks, including loading and unloading trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding inventory management and safety.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse inventory management preferred.
- Forklift experience or certification required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as needed.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and inventory management systems.
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with overtime as needed.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
