Position Overview:

As a Vending Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our vending machines. The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of vending equipment, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair vending machines at various client locations.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems with vending equipment, including currency validators, dispensing mechanisms, and electronic components.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure machines are in optimal working condition.
• Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
• Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance activities, and inventory.
• Collaborate with the operations team to optimize machine placement and product offerings.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Vending Service Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Basic computer skills for logging service calls and maintaining records.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
