Client Assistance: Provide knowledgeable guidance and support to customers regarding their insurance inquiries and policy needs, resolve issues, and offer insurance solutions while looking for cross selling oportunies.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Process customer policy change requests.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
Document each customer contact in eAgent.
Take premium payments from customers.
Licensing: Active Nevada Property & Casualty License is required.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in insurance and customer service.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain accuracy and thoroughness in customer interactions.
