Job Description:

The Service Operations Administrator will coordinate technical functions and details relative to training, installations, and technical support. The ideal candidate is comfortable with technical procedures and business concepts to effectively plan, communicate, and accomplish organizational goals for department.

Reporting To:

Director of Technical Services.

Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate all aspects of training program enrollments and notifications.
• Account for all technician’s parts usage.
• Post invoicing for all technical service chargeable events.
• Manage all aspects of new service contracts and service contract renewals.
• Ensure adherence in the department to all policies and procedures.
• Help document all procedures within the Technical Services group.
• Provide training on software and systems used specifically by the Technical Services group.
• Set up new customers in database as needed working directly with customers to obtain credit information and detail payment methods.
• Create and assign work orders for locally dispatched service engineers.
• Attend project meetings and assist project manager track and communicate project status.

Qualifications Include:

• Experience in coordinating tasks, in a services environment a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in multi-tasking and supporting detailed projects.
• Excellent analytical, facilitative, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with CRM systems, SalesForce a plus.
• Excellent team and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to achieve, deliver, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
