Field Superintendent - Construction jobs in Utica, NY

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with NAVFAC or USPS.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control

Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction management and supervising construction projects
- Proficiency in using Primavera, Bluebeam, and other construction management software
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of workers
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Knowledge of contract management and negotiation

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:
