ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT (Assistant Field Manager) JOB SUMMARY
The ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT (Assistant Field Manager) directs TradePartner®, material suppliers and goes on building inspections at the job-site. He/she is a builder agent and field representative who is self-motivated, self-confident person that is responsible to make independent decisions regarding the workflow of the different phases of construction. A ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT'S (Assistant Field Manager) primary function is to direct, supervise and evaluate the TradePartner®.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Education, Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
