Heritage Law Office is a small civil litigation law firm in Orem, Utah, that handles primarily family law, personal injury, estate planning, and criminal law. We are searching for a Filing Clerk. The firm is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, technologically savvy, and self-reliant Filing Clerk to join our firm. Legal assistant/law firm experience is preferred. Candidates must have the highest level of confidentiality and discretion, independent judgment, the ability to work with minimal supervision, critical thinking skills, be able to manage multiple matters, meet required work deadlines, have excellent writing and communication skills and be a team player. The preferred candidate will be able to provide assistance during all phases of the litigation process including client intake, legal research, document preparation and filing, and attending trials.
