JOB DESCRIPTION
As a file clerk / receptionist you will assist with the day to day administrative operations. This includes but not limited to: alphabetical filing and answering the phones. Computer skills are helpful.
EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or Higher Level of Education
- 3 years’ experience preferred, working as an Office Assistant or Office Clerical Position
- 3 years’ experience working with Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated experience of strong organizational and verbal communication skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a team
