We are excited to invite applications for a Business Analyst role with our client in the Professional Services sector. This position offers a remote working arrangement for candidates based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between end-users, technical teams, and project stakeholders, ensuring that business requirements are met with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between end-users, technical teams, and stakeholders
• Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions to understand and document business needs
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for software and app development
• Create detailed business requirements, use cases, user stories, process flows, and work instructions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, vision, and timelines
• Research and recommend technology solutions to improve business operations
  
  

What We're Looking For

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience with Accounting ERP systems, including SAP and Oracle
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for presenting and analyzing information
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
• Willingness to participate in monthly workshops (3-5 days) on the East Coast and in Dallas
  
  

Additional Information

• This role is a contract position and does not include relocation assistance
• Local candidates are preferred
• Must be able to work on a W2 basis (no C2C)
