Finance Director directs an organization's financial policies, planning, reporting and controls. Oversees all financial functions including accounting, budget, credit, risk, tax, and treasury. Being a Finance Director generally is the second most senior finance executive. Requires a master's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent. Additionally, Finance Director may require the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential. Typically reports to chief financial officer (CFO). The Tribe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Director to join our team. The Procurement Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all procurement activities, ensuring the efficient and effective acquisition of goods and services. The role is crucial in maintaining compliance with applicable procurement regulations, optimizing costs, and fostering positive relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Reports To: Chief Financial Officer
Supervises: May supervise up to 10 employees
Liaison To: Program managers and outside vendors
UNUSUAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OR RESTRICTIONS
The majority of work is performed in a professional office setting and is generally sedentary, requiring routine walking, standing, bending, and carrying of items weighing less than 40 lbs. Travel on small aircraft or ferry may be required.
