Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Finance & Insurance Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Finance & Insurance Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Job Summary: Bell Lexus is looking for an F&I (Finance and Insurance) Manager to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a deep knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures and the ability to assist customers and close deals on additional product offerings.

Responsibilities:
- Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases. Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
- Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability
- Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
- Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
- Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines
- Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals
- Accurately audit team deals Post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements
- Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts
Qualifications:
- Eagerness to improve
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
- Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
- Well-versed in title laws and registration process
- Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
- Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
- Must have a Valid AZ driver’s license, good driving reecord and be able to pass a pre employment background check and drug screen (not including THC)
