Ensures applications and paperwork are completed correctly and in a timely manner. Additionally, Finance & Insurance Manager may Require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Finance & Insurance Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Finance & Insurance Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Responsibilities:- Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
- Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
- Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
- Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
- Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
- Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
- Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals
- Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale
- Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts
- Ability to Rehash Deals with Financial Institutions
Qualifications:- 2 years New Car Dealership Sales/F&I or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
- Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen
